Omg i used to love that movie as a kid!!! I would try looking in places like disney world. Of course its a really old movie so i dont think many people sell it anymore. Sorry. Record it when it comes on tv.

If vintage and b-reeled isn’t your and you’ve exhausted the earlier above suggested sites, searching web sites via Google and hitting up usual source of unlicensed, flakey (limited bandwidth) streams, but I find between the above direct suggestions and fresh updates they provide, there’s always something on (near-insta streamable on-demand) worth watch in the way of great horror.
