Your Questions About Fandango

Betty asks…

Did you see Fandango knock over that fat guy?

On Raw just a few minutes ago, Fandango ran through the crowd knocked over some fat guy. Anyone else see it?

Nagesh answers:

Yes. He was helping promote Sonic.

Sharon asks…

What do you think was Summer Rae’s reaction when she saw Eva Marie liking Fandango on Total Divas?

I think she was laughing at Eva Marie because in the end, Summer Rae got Fandango while she probably thinks Eva Marie was idiotic to try to impress him. Next time she sees Eva Marie, she will probably just laugh as Eva walks by her.

Nagesh answers:

It was probably a mix of rolling her eyes and bursting out laughing.

Nancy asks…

How does Fandango work?

I would like to purchase Harry Potter tickets to make sure that they’re not sold out, but I don’t know how to use Fandango.
When you purchase the tickets, how do you get them? Print them? Pick them up? Get them mailed? Could someone explain please?

Nagesh answers:

My local theater had a little Fandango machine (like an ATM) inside the lobby. You order your tickets online, then put your credit card in the machine when you get to the theater and it prints out your tickets.

When I saw “The Dark Knight” (the last time I ordered through Fandango) the ticket office was printing out the tickets for anyone who brought their Fandango receipts, so be sure to print that out after ordering. Just in case.

Ruth asks…

How do websites like Fandango get show time listings for local movie theaters?

There are websites like Fandango, Yahoo! Movies, and Google Movies, that list show times for movie theaters all over the country. Does each theater update each site individually, or is there a central place that each site contacts to retrieve this information, or what? How does it work?

Nagesh answers:

The sites may get their information from theater chains or film distributors.
