What is the cheapest place to buy World of Warcraft Burning Crusade?
I have looked on amazon.com ebay etc but they are not very secure!i need a reliable place like www.direct2drive.com (thats where i bought (world of warcraft original)

I’d buy from the worldofwarcraft site itself. I think it’s like 10 bucks cheaper. Just enter your Credit Card junk and it downloads a client. And you’ll be able to download it as many times as you can buy going to your account and redownloading.

Would I get the serial number for the Sims 3 if I were to download it online?
If I were to download SIms 3 from a website such as direct2drive.com, would I still get a serial number to plug into the Sims 3 website, so I could get the Riverview neighborhood?

I don’t know about that website, but if you buy/download it off of thesims3.com or any official EA website, you don’t need the serial number.

I see it advertised on Direct2Drive Pre-order with the first of 5-6 parts coming out this month but no date specefied.

Any disadvantage not buying borderlands from steam?
I want to buy Borderlands and some of its addon packs and I see direct2drive.com has alot cheaper deal than Steam.. about 10 dollars cheaper. I was wondering if I bought it from direct2drive if I could still play multiplayer on steam, play on steam servers and all that good stuff.
Is their any disadvantage not to buy it from steam?
there* And is that just because its a steam game or because you connected it to steam?

Alot of the times my steam games have problems starting or something also if you lose internet connection you can’t play the games unless you’re in offline mode which requires internet to put your steam games in offline mode

Where is my oblivion data folder?
I have the Direct2Drive version of Oblivion and I can’t find my data folder. I looked in Program Files but there is no Bethesda folder. I have checked everywhere and I can’t find it. Is the problem with Direct2Drive or is the data folder somewhere else?

The default location of the data folder is:
C:/Documents and Settings/My Documents/My Games/Oblivion
You should be able to find and edit it there.
