Your Questions About Download Old Movies Online

Michael asks…

Is it illegal to torrent cracks?

I pulled out my old hard drive yesterday and found quite a few games. Unfortunately I don’t know where most of their CDs are. A buddy of mine told me just to torrent cracks for them off of piratebay or something, but with all the hype over the law suits and such I am a little worried to do so. So if I download torrents that are cracks only and not the actual game, would it be illegal…or since it’s not the actual copy written software would I be safe?

Nagesh answers:

You can get the no CD/dvd executables from gameburnworld.com You usually lose the online play or game servers with that option.

As with torrents they are going after the Movies and Music. The games lose value and are loaded with cd protections anyways.

If you want some piece of mind from that use an IP blocker program. With your torrent application running. The one I recommend is peerblock.. This will block most of the BAD IPs. But also look at the comments on the cracks since there is some terrible people out there using torrents to spread viruses. If you have trouble with a website or a game server disable peerblock when using online games. Steam and valve are blocked on default.

The programs on gameburnworld.com have been tested against viruses and work just great.

Things to do in South Pasadena on weekends for teenagers?

Title says all. Not the nearby cities but actually in South Pas itself.

Nagesh answers:

Well, let’s see, South Pas is not even 4 sq miles, so if you’ve lived there more than a week, you probably have seen everything already. It seems the happening place in the evenings is the Panda Express.

Charles asks…

Where can I get the (lack of) sound on my laptop repaired?

My 3 year old fidgeted with it while she was watching a movie and now the sound is completely gone. Is there something I can do on my own to fix it, or where can I take it?
My 3 year old did something to it and now the sound is completely gone. I have tried the control panel sound thing and all, but none of it works. Everything is set at the highest volume right now. It’s a Dell Inspiron 1150, if that helps at all.

Nagesh answers:

What operating system?

Check the basics first – make sure the volume is turned up and not muted. (there should be function (FN) keys for both of those on the keyboard) Also check them in the operating system. (start, settings, control panel, sounds). It could very easily be something as simple as this.

Check the device manager (start, settings, control panel, system, hardware, device manager) and see if you have any yellow ! Points. Check sounds there and see if you see a sound driver installed. It almost never hurts to reinstall the drivers if you have anything there that doesn’t look right.

If it’s not and you need to reinstall the drivers – you can find them here:
Dell Inspirion Audio Drivers for Inspirion 1150 for Windows XP and Windows 2000:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R90698&SystemID=INS_PNT_P4_1150&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=2551&devlib=0&typecnt=1&vercnt=5&formatcnt=1&libid=3&fileid=118248

Download the drivers and reinstall them. If the file just extracts to your hard drive you’ll have to manually install them. I’m sure instructions are available online on how to install drivers – but if you can’t find them – hit me up and i’ll walk you through it.

If you’re running a different operating system go to:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?

And put in your information and download the latest drivers for your laptop.

Also double check your BIOS also (enter setup at boot) and make sure that sound is still enabled.

Good luck!

Lisa asks…
