is there a way to get a timeline on windows live movie maker?
i have windows live movie maker and I want to be able to get a time line like the old movie maker (version 2.6).
the time line i am getting on it now shows a picture much like the storyboard in version 2.6. i find it impossible to blend the video the way i could before.
i tried to download windows live essentials 2011 and it doesn’t show in programs, this leads me to believe it’s the same as live movie maker.

In WLMM the timeline and storyboard of previous classic versions have been integrated into a storyboard which sort of acts like a timeline also, but the time dimension might not be as evident as in classic versions of Movie Maker. It’ll be a learning experience.

is it illegal to watch movies on youtube?
i dont have a tv, but i have my laptop and sometimes when im bored i look up old movies on youtube and most of them are there in sections. is that illegal to put up the movies? is it illegal to watch them? could i get in trouble?

No, you should not get in trouble for viewing, like another poster said it is the person who uploaded the file that they would want to go after. I use http://www.groboid.com for movies, quality is a lot better than Youtube and there are no ‘pieces’ to download.

is it wrong or illegal to download old movies and games and i mean ones that are like 15+ years old that can‘t be bought legally

Yes, it is illegal. Those materials, unless specified otherwise, are copyrighted, and it is the copyright owner’s legal right to not make the material available if he doesn’t want to. There’s absolutely no two ways about it: if you download this stuff, it’s illegal.
Copyright only expires after 50 (or 75, not sure) years after the date of first publication. Once this happens, you are free to do with it what you want.

Is anyone aware that most of the cast of “Apocalypse Now” was buzzed during the filming?
Martin Sheen got plastered to film that opening scene. Punching the mirror was not in the script. When they did the wake surfing scene everyone was high on Phillipino pot. The movie was inaccurate regarding Nam but captured the lost mood of what happened there.
I just downloaded the redux of that old movie and hope the “youngers” will realize the stupid waste that governments incur and will try better than us.

Two things hit me about 15 minutes into the movie; one was I was watching “Heart of Darkness” by Conrad. I also realized most of the audience were high and knew most of the script. The other was the nonchalance of commanding officers sending people out to sure death.
I believe Martin Sheen had a heart attack during filming.
