Direct TV channel guide?
Whenever I hit the “Guide” button on my remote it will show all of the channels but it will not show what is on that channel. It only says “To be announced” or it is just completely blank all together. It has been like this for a few days now and it is very frustrating. How can I update the guide so that it shows all of the shows and the titles. I have another receiver in a different room and when I view the guide on that TV it shows all of the channels and the titles. Please help. Is there a button on the remote to update the channels or what? I cannot seem to figure it out. Thanks.

Try pulling your card out and putting it back in , this sometimes resets everything

How does one obtain a FREE “TV guide” with shows, times, channels, etc. from Direct TV?
My new roommate has Direct TV. It has so many channels that “surfing” is too time-consuming. Would someone give me direction on locating a FREE Direct TV “guide” online covering each day–listing show name, beginning and ending times, the channel, etc.? Is this free? He has “premium Direct TV“, if that helps you accurately respond to my inquiry.

Does anyone know the address to the direct tv program guide?
I don’t know if I made sense but I’m looking for te guide that tells me when movies or shows are coming on. I got to it once but I can’t seem to find it now. It’s direct tv, not the tv channel guide. I want to look for a certain movie but I can’t get to the guide. I tried looking for it like three months ago but had no luck. I just tried again and still no luck. :/

Tv guide channel?
Hi, I just got direct tv today and still trying to figure how the channels. Does anyone know what channel tv guide is on for direct tv?

They got rid of TV Guide because everything is going Digital. No more roaming Television anymore, you need the hook-up.
But since you have Direct, it should be an option on you’re remote, or something like that. Direct should have their own type of Channel Viewing Guide
