need to know how to burn downloaded movies to DVDs. i get the movies from share pro and i get them legally.?

Depends on the format of the downloaded movies. If they’re not formatted properly, then you’ll have to convert them to a format that’s DVD compatible. Alternatively, you can buy something like Sonic MyDVD or Vegas to create a DVD compatible disk and then burn it with that.
The easiest method (but most expensive) is to buy Sonic MyDVD, Vegas or another video DVD creation tool and use that to create your DVD.
The harder method is to use freeware tools. It’s cheaper, but requires a lot more technical skill. For more help with the freeware portions, see the sources.

Is there a way my dad can track my downloads?
I want to download a movie (Legally) but It takes up a lot of space. If I use up the download limit will my dad be able to see that I spent it on a movie. Hes not great at computers but not bad, Is there any way he can easily check what I downloaded?

If your father is having a good hand over the computer than they might be able to figure something fishy. But not exactly what have you done.
As the film will be around 2 to 3 GB, and in the internet usage log it will show a 2 GB single download from only one IP, this will raise the question that what could be the thing that is 2 GB bigger, downloaded by you. It cannot be a dictionary or any editing software. It will give a clear indication of what you did..
BUT, I have got an idea for you. First install a download accelerator named orbit. You can get it from www.download.com . Install it, run it. Now go to the website from where you need to download the movie. When you will click on download button, orbit will show a message box requesting the location to download. Just give the appropriate download and start downloading. Now you need to do is after installing apprx 250 MB or so, pause it. And again start the download from where you have left the next day. It might take a time, but your dad will never gonna know anything about a 2GB download. . Ha ha…

I would legally like to download all my 3 y.o movies to a usb stick for a trip across the states. It would seem a much better alternative to hauling all her dvds.

It is illegal, but you would first need to convert it to a format that can be transfered such as avi or mpeg. Even then it is going to be a huge file and you better have a huge flash drive.

How to compress a downloaded movie.?
I want to put a movie that I downloaded (LEGALLY), on to a 120 min dvd disc. but all the movies that i have are over 120 mins. How can i compress the files to fit onto 120 min discs??? What is a good program that is free and easy to use? Please help>>>? 🙂
