Please tell me the name of the animated movie i described below and link from where to download it for free…?

I remembered watching this old animated cartoon movie back in the early 90s but it was perhaps made earlier. It’s about a girl, who lives with her step mom and step sister. The Princess in the kingdom wanted a certain type of white flowers that were only in bloom in the spring or summer. The evil step mother and sister made the main character go out into the dead of night during a snow storm in search of the flowers. She stumbled upon a round lake and 12 men standing around a fire. They each represented the 12 months. They gave her a ring and turned the winter into spring so that she can pick those flowers. Later when the Princess wanted to be shown that exact place, the evil step mother and sister lied and described the place by accident. They forced the main character to go again and pick the flowers. They tricked her into going there with the step sister following. There was a catchy phrase with the ring: “roll along ring, roll past spring…” or something. Help please.Thanks in advance….

Can someone tell me some sites where I can download anime series, anime movies, anime OAV’s, anime t.v. specials etc.
As much as possible I want that it is complete with all it’s episodes. I also hope that I could also download in the sites you’ll give me the animes which was published so many years ago in other words old animes. I also hope that these sites have all or almost all animes that I can download. I don’t care if it’s torrents or not as long as it’s for free.

Can someone also give me a list of sites where I can read and download manga. I also hope that it’s updated and has all it’s chapters ang volume.
