Sandy asks…
why does the tv guide channel not show the tv guide anymore?
when i go on channel 111, the supposed tv guide channel, for some reason, it doesn’t show the tv guide. just tv
Nagesh answers:
They changed it cause guess they wanted it that way and though i cant get it on my cable cause you need to get the box. I hated it. If you got the box through cable or satellite just use the guide that way. Think they want people to get the boxes and be charged for it. I think that sucks big time and not right when there is a lot of people on a budget like me. But you can go online to get when and times of the shows at tvguide.com and put in your zip code and if you have more than one cable do pick one of them. If you have dish or direct, think they have their own whats on link

5 remotes later am I the only one who keeps having them break allllll the time just stop working even with new batteries that stupid green light will blink 3 or 4x mind you the past 3 were brand new we moved and they gave us all new DVDs with remotes so they said at least and are less then a year old am I the only one who is having this problem!
Nagesh answers:
The lay out of the buttons are terrible and while in the guide when you press channel up, the channel numbers go down among other things but ive never heard of the issues your having. A “HARMONY” universal remote may be a good solution for you
James asks…
Does anyody know why my tv wont work?
I can still use the guide, but I have tried multiple channels and when I go to a show, its just a black screen. I tried turining it off (4 times) I tried local channels, nothing. Its currently off and I have direct tv. Any Solutions? Thank you 🙂
Again, I repeat. I CAN STILL USE THE GUIDE EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT THE CHANNELS. I dont want stupid answers please 🙂
Nagesh answers:
Disconnect your cable/satellite box from the AC, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. That should make it work.

Can I get professional help with setting Xbox up?
I am thinking of getting a Xbox 360, but I dont want to set it up myself because im scared it wont work like what happened with my computer. Can i get professional help to set it up? Is it free or would it cost much? I live in Europe.
Nagesh answers:
Just Follow these instructions:
Unbox and position the console
Step 1: Unbox the console
An Xbox 360 game system typically includes:
Console
A/V cable (varies by console package)
Power supply
Power cord
Wireless controller
2 AA batteries
User manual
Wired headset (varies by console package)
Step 2: Remove the protective tape
Good placement Poor placement
Step 3: Position the console
Make sure that the location for your console is as follows:
Stable.
Well-ventilated, relatively cool, and away from direct heat sources.
Uncluttered. Do not put other objects on, under, or right next to the console.
You can position the console vertically or horizontally.
Plug in the power supply
Connect the power supply to the console first.
Plug the power cord into the power supply.
Then plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
Connect the console to your TV
Most new console systems include a Composite Audio/Video cable. You can use this cable to connect the console to a standard television or monitor. This cable does not support high-definition display.
If you have a HDTV, see Connect your console to a TV.
Composite AV Cable connection with a standard-definition TV or monitor:
Connect the A/V connector to the A/V port on the console.
Locate the A/V ports on your TV or monitor. Connect the color-coded connectors on the composite A/V cable to the corresponding ports on the TV as follows:
Yellow = composite video
Red = right-channel analog audio
White = left-channel analog audio
Note Monaural (mono) TVs have only one audio jack. Connect either the red or white connector to the TV.
Turn on the TV and console.
When you turn on the console and TV, you should see the Xbox Dashboard on your display.
If you do not see the Xbox Dashboard, you might need to change the video input setting. To change the video input setting, refer to your TV or Entertainment Center manual for instructions.
To improve the video display, you can change the default settings.
Connect a controller
If you have a wired controller, see Connect a game controller.
Connect a wireless controller
Turn on the console.
Insert the AA batteries into the controller.
Turn on your controller by pressing and holding the center Xbox Guide button, until the controller turns on. If the controller does not turn on, check the batteries. If you’re using a rechargeable controller, make sure that it is charged.
Press and release the connect button on the console.
Within 20 seconds, press and release the connect button on the controller.
Notes
When the lights surrounding the power button on the console stop flashing, the controller is connected.
You can connect up to four controllers to a console.
Each connected controller is assigned to one of four positions. Each position corresponds to a lighted section around the console’s power button and the controller’s Xbox Guide button.
Set your console settings
The first time that you start your console, you’re prompted to:
Select your language.
Create a profile.
Set up a network connection (optional). For information about how to connect to Xbox LIVE, see Wired connection or Wireless connection.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete these steps.
Now, insert a game disc and you’re ready to start playing!
