How long does Forever 21 take to deliver?
I ordered five items on the Forever 21 website (shipping was free because it was over fifty dollars) on Sunday. How long does it generally take?

It usually takes them 1-2 days to give the package to UPS, then 5-10 days for it to be delivered. It varies a little with weekends and holidays.
The last time I ordered something online from Forever 21 was Monday, January 3. It was shipped on Wednesday, January 5 and delivered on Wednesday, January 10. I live in South Florida and I’m pretty sure that they ship from somewhere in California. It may take even less time if you live closer than I do.

Is Charlotte Russe better than Forever 21? Are their clothes good quality?

Nothing really forever 21 is bigger with more styles while charlotte russe is a little more floral and girly but does hav some good party dresses there clothes are cheap but are also cheap quality mostly.

How exactly do returns and store credit work for forever 21?
I bought some stuff from forever 21 today and now I kind of want to return a shirt. The receipt says 12/25/11. If I return it before that date, will I just get my money back? Or if I return it after that date, they give me the money back as store credit?

How does store credit work at Forever 21?
I am wondering how Forever 21 & H&M do store credit. I think I have returned items there before but how would I be able to tell if I have any store credit. Thank you!

Store credit is basically a gift card they give you in a form of return payment. They have a policy where you can only return an item within 21 days of the purchase and you only receive store credit if you return it. So whenever you return an item at Forever 21, they give you a gift card with the amount of money that should be returned to you instead of the money back on your credit card or in the form of cash. Then, you can use the store credit at Forever 21 for your next purchase there.
