Linda asks…
Is Sony PSP Go different with the Sony PSP?
I wanted to buy a psp for a friend but i can’t find it, they are all psp go i don’t know if it is the same psp used for playing or not.
Nagesh answers:
Yes it’s different The new psp go is smaller than the original. It also slides upward and opens like a slider phone. Since it is smaller, it does NOT have a UMD reader. This means that you CANNOT put in your old physical games into it to play them. You must buy and download everything. Luckily it does have a built in 16 gigabytes worth of memory and also have expandable memory card slot.
Here is the basic information and differences on the PSP Go before we get to the direct spec sheet comparison.
* The PSP Go system (PSP-N1000) system costs $250 and was released on October 1st.
* The PSP Go is a complete evolution of the PSP 3000 system with an all-new look, form factor, medium, size and features.
* The system slides open like a cell phone to reveal the system buttons (when closed just the screen is visible). The sliding screen is both practical for the system’s space-saving design and aesthetically appealing.
* The system does not have a USB drive, and accepts downloadable games only.
* There is 16GB of internal flash memory to store downloaded games, videos, music, and photos.
* Memory can be expanded up to 32GB using a Memory Stick Micro (M2) flash card.
* The unit is 43% lighter and 56% smaller than the original PSP-1000 and 16% lighter and 35% smaller than the PSP-3000.
* Built-in BlueTooth. This can be used with BlueTooth headset, PS3’s DualShock 3 controller, and tethering.
* The PS3’s DualShock 3 controller only works with the PSP Go after first/once connecting both the PSP Go and the controller, via USB, to the PS3. After syncing them up the controllers works for all controls on the PSP Go just by turning it on. An added bonus of doing this is that PSone and PSP games will have rumble support, and you can play 2-player PSone games.
* Because the system does not accept games on disc, over 16,000 pieces of entertainment (games, movies, TV shows, etc.) are downloadable via the PlayStation Network.
* Over 150 titles previously on UMD disc are now downloadable from the PlayStation Store.
* 55 PSP Mini titles will be available this year.
* More than 60 PSOne Classics are now available for download.
* Over 2,300 movies and 13,000 TV show episodes are available for download.
* Two colors are available: “Piano Black” and “Ceramic White”.
* Battery life is still about 3-5 hours.
While the PSP Go is the newest system in the PlayStation family and will undoubtedly be Sony’s new favorite, the publisher is insisting that the PSP Go will not replace the PSP 3000, which will still be on sale and they will still be supporting.
Here is a list of the specification differences between the PSP 3000 and PSP Go.
Screen Size – PSP Go: 3.78 inch WideScreen LCD, PSP 3000: 4.3 inch Widescreen LCD
Screen Resolution – PSP Go: 480×272 pixels, PSP 3000: 480×272 pixels

Make an mp4 video file into a gif file?
I already have the small section of the video file which is mp4 and i want to make it a gif file,help!How do i do this online for free without download software?
Nagesh answers:
There r free gif maker sw out there, but I am not sure if they take mp4 files.
A gif file is like the old fashion paper movies. It assembles 4 or 5 sequential stills and plays them back.
An MP4 file “stills” r not separated in time enough to create an effective gif file.
James asks…
The sound keeps on randomly disappearing?
For example , im watching a movie online or a youtube video and then the sound disappears and to get the sound back i just need to pause and unpouse the video or to skip ahead or back ;s im confused! and its annoying! how do i fix it? plz help!
Nagesh answers:
This problem is usually caused by old drivers. Try updating whatever sound card you have by downloading the latest drivers from the official website. Also, update drivers for your graphics card.
The first thing you can try (Assuming you have Windows) is try letting Microsoft update it. First, you will need to go to device manager, click “Sound, Video and Game Controllers”, right click “High Definition Audio Device”, and click “Update Driver Software”. Next, click automatically search, then let Microsoft try searching.
If Microsoft fails to find a new driver, you have to find out the card’s specs manually. If you have a laptop, try looking on its official website, and download the drivers from there. If you have a desktop, try updating its drivers by going the motherboards website, or if you have a sound card, go to its official website and try finding new drivers for that specific card.
Skipping audio may also be caused by the graphics card. Update the drivers for the integrated graphics card by following the same steps as above. If you have a custom graphics card (like on a desktop), then update that as well.
If all else fails, then try uninstalling adobe flash player, then re-installing it. Check if you have multiple versions of flash, then uninstall those as well. Experiment. Try different web browsers, and see if the problem persists. If it does, then try out something called HTML5. Log into YouTube, and scroll to the bottom. Click on, “Try Something New”. Next, when you see HTML5 Video, click “Try It Out.” Some web browsers don’t support this, so be sure to have one compatible with HTML5. Chrome is an appropriate browser.
If there are programs running in the background that use the audio and graphics card, say Skype, close that and see if there i still a problem.
If after all that, and your computer is old, then you may want to consider getting a new one. Decreased performance may be signs of wear and tear. Check the speakers of the systems if they’re broken or not. If they are, then you may have to replace them.

when is the release date of the 3ds in Australia?
when is the release date of the 3ds in Australia and when is the release date of Zelda ocarina of time as well?
Nagesh answers:
There is no official date for other regions, but here’s the expected release date for Japan, North America, Europe and Australia:
* JP February 26, 2011
* NA March 2011
* EU March 2011
* AUS March 2011
There’s no price for it in North America/Europe/Austrailia, yet, but it will be ¥25,000(yen) in Japan.
Zelda: OoT will most likely be a part of the launch titles, so it’s the same date as the 3DS at launch.
Some FACTS, NOT OPINIONS, about 3DS:
Although it’s not out yet, the 3DS is the first glasses-free 3D gaming device in the market(like the ones in theaters minus the glasses). It also supports multimedia, motion control, touch-screen, 3 cameras, and Wi-Fi. It is also compatible with the DS software and DSi wares.
Some 3DS features (there’s more that weren’t announced by Nintendo) you may not know:
The 3DS graphics is the closest handheld gaming device that comes close to 360/PS3 graphical wise(you gotta see it to believe it; specs don’t count), it supports 2 screens, 1st screen as a 3D screen without glasses(it’s real and it works, you can also turn off the 3D if you want 2D), 2nd screen as a touch-screen, compatible with the old generations of DS softwares, gyroscope, accelerometer, audio player, 3 cameras(one inside, and two outside), capable of taking 2D/3D photos and capturing 2D/3D videos, 2D/3D movie playback, multitasking(i.e. You can access web browser while playing a game), Virtual Console Service(which was not available with the DSi/DSi XL) and some 3D remakes of classic retro games(GB, GBC, GBA, NES, SNES, and more), also compatible with DSi Wares, 3DS Mii Plaza (Mii creation), augmented reality games, CrossPass” (which can automatically seek and connect to wireless network nodes such as Wi-Fi hotspots, sending and downloading information in the background while in sleep mode or while playing a game), 3D TV streaming(only available in Japan at the moment), e-book reader,better online capabilities, video chat, shop channel, web browser (and anything you do on the web like mail, facebook, etc.), and more which weren’t fully announced by Nintendo. Plus the games are longer and are quality games.
Here’s a video that explains how the 3D works:
Some games that will be coming out for it:
Metal Gear Solid 3, Super Street Fighter IV, Resident Evil: Revelation, Resident Evil: Mercenaries, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Times, Kid Icarus, Paper Mario, Star Fox 64, Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright, Mario Kart, Kingdom Hearts series, Final Fantasy series, Dead or Alive 3D, Ninja Gaiden, Samurai Warriors 3D, Assassin’s Creed: Lost Legacy, Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell, Call of Duty, Megaman Legends 3, and more. Just in case you go “where’s the 3D!?” it won’t work on your computer screen, you gotta see it in person to see the 3D.

Ruth asks…
is the new elite xbox 360 worth me getting it instead of the older but cheaper normal xbox?
just wondering if the difference is worth the price
Nagesh answers:
Well. If you are looking for the most bang for your buck, the core is the way to go. It doesnt come with all the accesories the other two do, but will still play all those games you love. And for like $30-$40 you can get a 512 memory card and save all your games ($100 for the Hard drive)
the premium would be best for you if you are an online gamer, looking for wireless controller play, and want the HD so you can download demos, games, tv and movies from marketplace(just a couple at a time) its the exact same console as the core but for a few small things and one BIG thing. The premium console has a silver faceplate on the DVD drive, now comes with HDMI (whoopty doo unless you own a 50+ inch HD TV that will work in 1080p) the BIG thing i mentioned is the new heatsink that was recently added to the GPU (the graphics proccesor) to keep the temp down in the 360. This new heatsink is there to hopefully get rid of the red ring of death that so many MS customers have run into.
The Elite is the console if you are a hardcore gamer looking for online game play, wireless controllers, and serious download space. The big hard drive allows you to download tv shows and movies and hang on to them for a bit, it also allows you to be able to get all those arcade games onto the console so you can play old shoot em ups and pretty much any old game you loved when you were real young. It is a beautiful black color, which (IMO only) looks soooo much better. It has HDMI, which again, you can use just the composite cables and unless you have a huge TV you wont see the difference between 720p and 1080i.
If i were you, and had the money, was a pretty serious gamer and a 360 fan, i would go for the elite. But i think the premium is more than enough system for common gamers
