Can I download previously bought movies onto my new iPad?

For Christmas I got an iPad. Before that I owned an iPod touch and I bought a movie on it. I know I can download music and stuff from my iPod onto my iPad because there’s a “purchased” section in iTunes that has all my music, but the movie isn’t there. I tapped on the drop menu in the iTunes purchased section but only my old music and tv shows are available. Can I redownload the movie without having to buy it again?

Nagesh answers:

Of course! You can. Go to the google search help you.

how can I erase downloaded movies from my pc?

I have windows 7. on the older windows version on my last pc, it was easy to get to the temp files section (or whatever it was called). all the downloaded movie samples were easily seen as icons and i just deleted them, but on windows 7 the path to get to the temp file is different and today after watching a political ad on the windows media player, when went to the temp file there was nothing there. so what are the clear steps one must take to erase all traces of downloaded video?

Nagesh answers:

Hi. I don’t know why you would be so concerned about getting rid of a temp file especially a political ad. I have some tools that you may want to try, these tools will open up the cache where all your temp files are. You have to unzip these tools with winzip or any unzipping program,

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/ie_cache_viewer.html this will show your cache for internet explorer.

Http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/mozilla_cache_viewer.html this will show your history for mozilla firefox

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/video_cache_view.html This is the tool you need it will show any video you have watched it nomatter what browser you’ve used. You have to scroll down towards the bottom of these pages for the download links.

Http://www.eusing.com/Window_Washer/Window_Washer.htm Use this to clean all of your internet and video traces off your computer. I use it before doing a defrag.

Http://www.cezeo.com/downloads/ Use this to wipe all free space on your harddrive after using the eusing program. It will prevent restoration. Go all the way down to the last download cezeo disk redactor. It will not harm your computer it will only wipe over any stuff you’ve already deleted which may be lingering

http://www.cezeo.com/products/disk-redactor/?inref=disk-redactor more info on cezeo disk redactor.

I hope this helps.

How to burn cellphone videos to a DVD to watch on TV?

When I take movies with my cellphone and then save them to my computer, the computer saves them as either QuickTime Movies (my old phone) or a format called 3GPP Audio/Video (Blackberry). Is there a way to burn these to a DVD so I can watch them on TV? I tried doing it on my own but the DVD player did not recognize the DVD I had burned the videos to.

Nagesh answers:

Well you can download them on youtube.com then download it to real player and then burn it.
(if you have a video editing software like sony movie studio 9 which is cheap about $30 from amazon it is better)
