Laura asks…

Does anyone have an unused iTunes gift card i could have?

My son has been begging me for months to get him one, but I don’t have a very steady income right now. His birthday is coming up soon, and I don’t want to disappoint him. If you help me, maybe I could repay in some way.

You can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use this iPod to Computer Transfer software. It helps me to transfer my Music, Movie, Photo, ePub, PDF, Audiobook, Voice Memo, Camera Roll, Podcast and TV Show etc from ipod to my new computer directly and safely. It works well for me,you can give it a try.

Donna asks…

how to make a screen for a video on youtube?

I’m trying to add a song to youtube lately, and i ve got the song but i dont know how to make it into a video… can someone help me? I’ve tried this before but i never managed it.

Nagesh answers:

If you download the old windows movie maker you can put the song on there, once you have done that a video with the song and a black screen which can have text added will appear, you’ll then have a video which you can save and upload to youtube. I use windows movie maker 2.6 which lets you do this

David asks…

When I load iTunes, it causes my Mac to freeze?

I don’t know why. I downloaded some music today as usual, but now, I can’t load iTunes without my entire mac to freeze up and not work. I’ve rebooted like 12 times but nothing is helping. My library isn’t that huge or anything, only about 1200 songs, 5 movies, 20 TV episodes.
What should I do?

Nagesh answers:

If you can’t load iTunes it means there is a file corruption. When you downloaded the music did you buy it from the iTunes Store or did you get it from Limewire – if you got it from Limewire it may be a corrupted file which could be causing your iTunes to crash.

You will need to remove or burn the music to CD that you recently downloaded then delete the old files and see if iTunes starts up. If it does then the new music is causing the problem – delete it.
