Is there a way to take home videos on DVD and put them online?
I have a old video camera. And a DVD burner attached to the TV. I want to know if it is possible to take the home videos that I recorded from the burnt DVDs and somehow save them on a USB Flash Disk Drive. Or even out them on facebook to show friends.

What are the best types of laptops for 13 year old girls?
I have a daughter and for christmas she wants a laptop. I am not a genius on computors so i was wondering what the best brand of a laptop would be best. If you tell me a brand, please tell me like what store you could find it in. Example best buy wal mart etc. Thanks!

You don’t want to deal with Best Buy – expensive and their support for computers leacves little to be desired.
Walmart has quite a few descent laptops in their lineup but be warned, almost all newer laptops are quite expensive and no matter the owners age, all computers are delicate to a point – Violence and Computer Equipment do not mix well.
HP has a good number of laptops that are reasonable.
Emachines also have some good ones.
Dell is a wonderful brand but you also pay for the name – they are quite expensive.
The Gateway LT2030u Netbook is a light computing platform and it’s affordable – around $350

Processors that are 2.0GHz and up
RAM is generally 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB
If you get a full size model (generally 15″ to 17″ size), almost all of them have a DVD-CD/RW Drive (to watch and burn movies and listen to and burn music discs)
Most laptops also have a built in WebCam so be aware of that as well – safety online is one of my biggest concerns with younger people.
I guess the biggest question would be – What kind of budget are you looking at?

Aside from the type and quality of the computer – please keep an eye on what your daughter will be doing online and who she may be talking to, and what she might be downloading. The internet can be fun but it can also be dangerous for people and equipment.

Will Nickelodeon ever show The Rugrats Movie or any of the 3 movies?
I’ve been being nostalgic and looking at old shows online (All That, Kenan & Kel, Rugrats, Jimmy Neutron, etc.) I havent watch the rugrats show or movie in years. Do they even show the series on tv anymore. Will they show the movie anytime in the future?

They have done so in the past. I can’t predict the future, though. I believe they still show the Rugrats series.
There’s DVDs or downloads available, that’s easier than waiting on them being broadcasted.
