Where can I get old movies to put on my Zune?
I really like old movies, especially from 1920-1969. I have an 80 gb Zune and the zune store does not sell movies, so is there a way, free or not, to get movies on my Zune? If there is, Please tell me how.

There are places which offer direct downloads.
One such is http://www.archive.org
Sidenote: this is a completely legal site offering public domain movies, cartoons, old television advertisements, shorts, etc.
If you are wanting copyrighted movies, there are other (pay) sites which do have direct downloads as well.

Why can people illegally download movies but not books?
It kinda bothers me that people can illegally download movies and get away with it but when people here on Y!A ask about downloading books for free, people freak.
Dude, I don’t live in America. Our public library is full of crappy books.

There are some good books that are either in public domain and creative commons for free.
I love the audio books at podiobooks.com enough that I have bought the print version. Many of the podiobooks authors also have pdfs on author website.
Project Gutenberg is all old books but some are very good.
I don’t bother illegal download because so much is available legally for free.
Sorry your library doesn’t belong to bigger library group you can order more books from.
