How do you delete items from external hard drive for Mac?

First of all I’m new to the Mac world.. I’ve had my Macbook Pro for about 6 months and am still learning how to do things.. I set up my external hard drive to automatically back up everything using Time Machine Backup on my Macbook Pro. I download a lot of movies and TV shows and to save room on the hard drive on my Mac I want to put them on my external hard drive. However, the last time I tried to add one of my TV shows to my hard drive it said it could not do it because there wasn’t enough space. I went into my back ups and deleted some of the older backups, thinking that is what was taking up so much space on my external hard drive. However, when I moved them to the trash, it still is saying i only have 3 gb open on my external hard drive. Does anyone know how to fully delete those back ups? From some forums I’ve read online, they say moving items to the trash does not fully delete those items sometimes.. ughh.. i just need help with this!

Anyone seen the “They live” movie?

well I understand the glasses that show the true identity of aliens and more or less get the plot (I think) from some online videos ).. And the fight scene is great.. But my internet has a monthly download limit, so I’d like to know… Is this movie any good?? yeah I know is old but I don’t care as long as its god… Is it worth downloading? I mean I did enjoyed “Memoirs of an Invisible Man” and “The Thing”, so dunno… Guess I like Carpenter. Please tell me your opinion on They Live to see if I download it or not.
And just in case, I’m asking here on the wrestling section because the main character is Roddy Piper.
well downloading is not really that hard to me… In my computer a 600, 700mb video torrent downloads at 7, 8 hours in total. I just do it at night while I’m asleep and thats it. .. But I need to be careful with my monthly download limit.. yeah kinda sucks…

What router should I choose?

I need to replace my 5 year old wireless router, for a few reasons. First because its 5 years old and its getting outdated and its been having problems, before they have occurred too but are really picking up now. The router I have now is a dlink DI-624. I dont specifically want another dlink but it doesn’t matter to me. I will be using it for streaming internet to my laptop, xbox and possibly more than 1 laptop at some times. I need it to be able to let me play online games from a console and some times a computer well. Mainly xbox 360. I also will be downloading things like music and movies. I need it to be decent all around. I may be streaming netflix in the future. I dont want some crazy 300 dollar gaming router though, i’m on a tight budget, preferably around 100-200 dollars at most. Looking for the movie My Neighbor Totoro?

I remember watching this movie when I was younger and now that I am older I have been wanting to watch it again but I have searched a lot of places trying to find it and I can’t find it anywhere! I have even gone to the extent of trying to download it as a torrent file (it was taking too long so I stopped downloading it.) But does anyone know where I could possibly find this movie?

I have looked online but a few places I saw that sold it was either out of stock or it looked like I couldn’t really trust to send my money and get screwed. And I don’t really want to pay a butt load of money for it either, but if it really boils down to me having to do it… I might consider it…maybe..

Its not on youtube and its old so I can’t find it at the video store. can someone please send me a link where i can watch it online? and nothing i have to download or pay for.
please only give me links that actually have it instead of random movie sites that dont……..
