iTunes/iPod help! Two situations.?
1. I had been purchasing music on my iPod Touch for the past few months, and I recently synced my iPod to my iTunes on my old computer which is the computer I use for my iPod/iTunes. When I plugged it in, about 85% of my downloaded music and tv episodes are wiped from both my iTunes library and my iPod. I checked for my purchases in my account and there is record of my purchases, but there are so many songs I need back in my library, that reporting all of them would be a pain! Any suggestions on how to get the purchased music back in my library without paying for everything all over again?
2. I also recently got a new laptop… any way to get my purchased songs/movies to that computer without making a bunch of copies of CD’s? (moving from PC to Mac)
Please, any help will be wonderful… I’m desperate!

Go to ur purchased songs an its gonna suck but u would have to drag the song literally up to the thing that says music movies etc. This happened to me once an i had to do each song at a time i tryed higlighting them but it didnt work to much,, an i think ur bet option would probably have to do with burning all the disks cause idt there is any other possible way i had to do the same thing too

Is it worth getting a laptop? Should I?
I am a 15 year old student with a part time after school job. I live at home (parents). We have a desktop computer with broadband. I use it all the time. For assignment, homework, facebook, music downloads etc. I do go on holidays a fair bit, but mainly to family. And they all have broadband computers.
I would want broadband on the laptop, and want it to have a fair bit of room (incase i ever decide to download a movie or tv show or something..) (Or want to hold lots of photos/songs)
Networked or wireless with my parents laptop probably.
I dont want to pay a whole lot. Maybe around $1000.00
Or maybe second hand? Anyone know a good website?
Thanks!
Nagesh answers:
To have laptop is first of all good for your eyes, since laptops have LCD screens, while many people still use old monitors that are dangerous. Besides, laptops are extremely cheap today. You can by not one, but two very serious laptops for 1000$. Broadband connection is not a problem – all laptops have LAN port and almost all new ones have Wi-Fi, in addition. If you need a convenient keyboard try IBM, or Lenovo that continues IBM tradition – their keyboards sometimes are even more convenient than separate ones.

Classic country music from “Songwriter” movie?
I’m trying to find the music from this movie “songwriter” it was made in ’83 with kristofferson and nelson and there’s some good old country sounds in there i think and i’m trying to find it….anyone know where I can find the songs, maybe download em?
Nagesh answers:
I have the movie. These are the ending song credits on the DVD
“How Do You Feel About Fooling Around”
“Forever In Your Love”
* written by Kris Kristofferson, Steven Brutun and Mike Utley
“Night To Remember”
“Who I Am”
“Under the Gun”
*written by Kris Kristofferson and Glen Clark
“Cajun Hideaway”
*written by Kris Kristofferson, Glen Clark, Steven Bruton and Billy Swan
“Songwriter” by Willie Nelson * this was sung in the movie and in the ending credits but it isn’t listed in the film credits…strange
“Nobody Said It Was Going To Be Easy”
*written by Willie Nelson and Mickey Rapheal(Willie’s harmonica player)
THese are locations I found for some available for purchase
1. How Do You Fell About Fooling Around
The Essential Kris Kristofferson
Disc 2 track 17
2. Under the Gun is on Kris’ “Moment of Forever” album
Searching for places to download songs, I found this over at Amazon
Kris Kristofferson songs from Songwriter…
Used cassette
1. How Do You Feel About Foolin’ Around
2. Songwriter
3. Who’ll Buy My Memories?
4. Write Your Own Songs
5. Nobody Said It Was Going to Be Easy
6. Good Times
7. Eye of the Storm
8. Crossing the Border
9. Down to Her Socks
10. Under the Gun
11. Final Attraction
Oddly enough wikipedia lists the track for the soundtrack supposedly released in 1984 by Columbia records and teh track listing mimcs that of the one above.
Odd that neither duplicate the songs that credit is given to on the actual DVD
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_from_Songwriter
I would take it from there and look up the individual songs. I haven’t watched the movie in quite sometime but I do remember willie singing “write your own songs” in the film. I have no idea why the actual DVD and the soundtrack listings on the net differ so greatly but hopefully this information will help you out.

Downlading dvds to computer question?
I would like to download some of my movies to my computer since I do not have a tv in my room, and when I tried it said it was copywrited. Ok so someone told me about a program called hand break that breaks the code so you can download dvd’s to the computer. Is this a good program? It is a real pain when you do spend money on movies or music and you can’t download them, well music you can, but if you use for example a flash drive some songs won’t transfer, I had to get a new lap top and couldn’t transfer my info from my old computer to the new one. Anyway, has anyone tried handbrake or any other programs for dvd’s? Thanks!
I know I can just put them and and watch them, I want to just be able to look for them and watch. It’s annoying to bring all my movies when I travel also.
Nagesh answers:
Dvdshrink with dvd43. Handbrake is useless.
