It’s NOT illegal to download, it is illigal to share (allow others to download from you). If you want simple, go to yahoo and search for bearshare, it is a p2p file sharing program, i have been downloading free movies for years from here. Install it, pick the free version, and search under video, it’s very easy, and if your worried about legalities, go to the options page, find upload or share, and you can set it not to share your stuff. Illegal downloading is punishable by law ,for each work is protected by copyrights ,or ? It should be better protected ? ,but ,i also think that it is a lure ,it is made available to the public , knowing that the average person ,will be tempted to take one other’s belonging ,without permission because of availability ,and ease …….whether it is music or video ,images etc.

Some universities have tried to use ISP records to enforce file sharing laws, but this method is inadequate for use on the general populace and is rarely accepted in court. The second reason why a law making downloading illegal is ineffective is that a downloader has no way of knowing what music is legal and what is copyrighted. It isn’t as if a peer to peer user loads up the internet thinking “what can I pirate today.” Rather a music search is conducted based on title or artist and a download occurs with the user completely oblivious to the legal status of the file she is downloading.

What legal movie download sites do other Aussies use?
Two years ago I was using a site (and paying per film) that has since been closed down by the officious US Government, wiping out my $30-plus credit. Most of my movies were British-made, so how is that fair or just?
I found out after the site was a shonky East European outfit and wasn’t passing on any royalties, but the movies were good quality and up to the minute. I’m a movie junkie and desperate for a fix!

You can choose to watch it from their site, or to have them deliver the DVDs to your place. Btw, they’ve got good prices too.

Nothing is safe when you download copyrighted material. If you do this ensure you have a firewall. I won’t recommend illegal websites on yahoo answers. Try using google

This is not a small thing to do..
All movies are owned by different producers and broadcasting people..
You will have share the profit with all of them!
For this you must go big production movie website or office if u can!
And ask them abt ur planing and they will help u in this..
Supposed that you want transformers, Independence day, Jurassic Park, these 3 movies to sell and show on ur website legally then those 3 movie series are owned by DREAM WORKS.. So if u can reach them so go to their office and talk abt ur proposal or send an email with ur proposal and talk to them on skype or some video chat source!
Now again if u wanna show and set MATRIX to download then u would go for WANNER BROS for this…
So i hope u got the point..
That how u can make movies be downloadable and watchable from ur website..
Each movie company will take profit from ur earning from that website..
You can not make every single movie to be downloadable and watchable from ur website unless u do a big planing and have team with u to manage!
