Can I be arrested for using Pirate Bay?

I’m 14 years old and I’ve never illegally downloaded something major (only songs and some movies). But I hear you can get any software online using Pirate Bay. I know it’s illegal, but does anyone ever get caught? My uncle has downloaded literally thousands of torrents and he’s never been caught. I’m not here to be scolded, I just want a straight answer. Can I get in serious trouble for downloading off Pirate Bay?
