Your Questions About Download Old Movies Songs

Donna asks…

Good netbook for teens?

I’m 15 years old (girl) & looking for a netbook for everyday use. School work, surf the net, watch movies/tv series, download songs. I want a long battery life like around 6+ hours if ever. I’m not into games so yeah, I don’t really mind. Please recommend me some. Thank you! 🙂

Ipod Help needed!?

My family has three ipods in it- my mom and sister with a nano each, and I have a video ipod. In the past I had an ipod mini and used the same library as my sister on her laptop. This can not happen now because she is going to college next year (and will certainly take the laptop), and I wouldn’t be able to download movies on her computer. My mom used our main computer for her library. Today I installed my video ipod on the main computer and I have a couple problems:

1. I don’t know how to transfer my old music onto this new ipod. I had around 600 songs, but it only tells me how to transfer the purchased songs. (which is about only 150 songs) I have no idea how to get the rest on this library. (And I don’t want to have to download 500 songs onto CDs) Any help or ideas?

2. My purchased music is mingling with my mom’s. Is there any way to seperate them?

Please help me!

Nagesh answers:

Copy the folder with your music (My Music>Itunes / or they might be in another folder) to your moms computer and then add them to the library. As for separating them, it’s not possible, sorry.

Nagesh answers:

I’m not sure how to fix your second problem but i do know a way for your first one! I downloaded this program called copypod, but you have to buy it (i think like $20 or less even) and you plug your ipod into the computer, open it up, and it will copy all your song from your ipod into your new itunes library. Good luck!

Ken asks…

What would be the future of music?

As we all know music & movies are facing alot of piracy issues and cd sales are declining. Now u can download songs from itunes instead of buying the whole album… so what do you guys think the future of music sales would be like? would the music industry be a profitable venture after all? or would we see more artists copying each other and remixing old classics just to make ends meet ? throw in your ideas and views 😀

Nagesh answers:

They’ll make mp3 players that can tell if the songs are pirated, and they explode if you try to play those songs.
