Do you sneak your own food/drink into the movie theater?

Here it costs more to purchase one popcorn and one drink then it does to buy the actual movie tickets. My husband always says “Bring your diaper bag and stuff it with drinks and food so we can save some money”.

I *guess* I wouldn’t mind to sneak my own drink in, but I don’t think a movie is a movie without 4 lbs of buttery popcorn.

It’s not like we even go to 3 movies a year, we can‘t splurge this one time?

So, what do you do? How much does a movie cost where you live?

It’s $10 a ticket here and it’s $14 for popcorn and a drink. You could go to the “dollar movie theater” but the movies are about 6 months old..you can download them for free by then!

On one tree hill did lucas really shoot dan?

i just watched the episode of one tree hill where lucas figures out that dan killed keith, and peyton got offered an internship in L.A, and there’s the whole year book thing, and nathans shaving scores thing. but anyway, in the end did lucas really shoot dan or what? i was told it was left as a cliff hanger at the end of a season or something, but that is an old episode so most likely everybody has seen the rest of the season and stuff. and also, if you could give me a website where you can download episodes of one tree hill for FREE. id also like to download movies and other tv shows so if you can give me a website or whatever that has that to that’d be great. Why can’t I run GTAIV?

Before I ask the question I just want to ask the PC fanboys to leave their snarky remarks to themselves. No I’m not “just going to get a PC” which is something I read all the time whenever a Mac user asks a gaming question. I’m not going to buy a PC. I didn’t even buy the Mac. It was a gift and I’m trying to see if I can run some games on it.

Anyway, for the past few months I’ve been playing some Mac games on steam like Left4Dead2 and Assassin’s Creed 2 on my 15 inch macbook pro. So far, I’m loving all of the advantages it has over the consoles like mods. The other day, Steam had GTAIV and all of its DLC for about $10. Now of course I couldn’t pass that up so I bought it. However, there is no Mac version of the game.

In order to play the game, I pirated (yes pirated, is this the problem?) a Windows 7 64 bit professional iso. In order to run it on bootcamp, I would have had to burn it on to an actual dvd so instead I downloaded the trial (yes trial, is this the problem?) of a program called parallels desktop. The program runs perfectly for the internet, some emulators, and windows movie maker (which I love so much more than the new imovie If anyone knows where I can download the old imovie for free, that would be great) and I installed counter-strike which works fine. When I tried to run GTA4, I get a message that reads, “GTA IV Fatal Error: D3D error- Please re-boot your system”. What’s wrong? I don’t think its that mac isn’t powerful enough because there are videos on youtube right now of people playing gta4 on their macbook pros. Yes I know nothing about computers. You can save that comment. Please just help me play the damn game 😉

And before anyone suggests it, I tried Wine and it just tells me to turn on coreaudio. I can’t get it to install steam. Yes I’m a noob but as I said, it doesn’t bother me.

Cartoon Network help please?

Can someone tell me where i can find a list of all the cartoon network movies and animations with the length of movies.
Example : The iron giant
I am interested in movies and animations . Not the new ones . I am interested in the old ones.

Can anyone suggest a good site for downloading cd covers (labels).?

I make my own DVD covers and labels, but what i‘m looking for is a good site where I can download the covers & labels. I know cdcovers.cc is available, but a lot of times don’t provide labels for old classic movies, i.e. some old Humphrey Bogart movies. OR, I can get the cover, but not the lable.
Keep in mind cdcovers.cc is free, and I‘m looking for a free site as well. I‘d appreciate whatever anyone might suggest.
A writer recommended Amazon.com; which is fine BUT where in that site does it lead me to downloading labels????????
Trevor…thank you anyway, but I‘m not looking for pictures. Im looking for a site where I can download LABELS. I can get the covers, but not labels. Again, please don’t suggest cdcovers.cc Although they’re good, they don’t always provide a label along with a cover.
