Movielink is actually not up and running yet.
Limewire program maybe free and legal but when you dowload movies with it you share what you downloaded with others and that is where that pesky copyright infringement thing happens.

LEGAL file sharing sites like rapidshare or megaupload and etc. I had seen websites like rslink.org, megadownload.com, and megauploadsearchengine.com that can be used for searching tv shows and movies.

The Websites are legal and meant to share stuff over the internet, but what you are sharing that is the key for it. The website is just a bridge. Its just like youtube, for example, you found a video on utube about a cartoon or a movie that you like but it doesnt mean that you have the rights to share it. So the videos will be deleted if the owner of the rights go after it.
