John asks…
What way do you go about to run a site that legally allows you to download things such as foreign movies etc..
Nowdays its copyright this and that. I’ve seen lots of sites now, movies or porn, that offer instant access to downloads of over 1000+ titles if you pay for their membership. Considering that there are these 1000’s of titles, 1000’s of studios which they came from, what is the legal procedure to go about in order to allow those instant downloads run on your site? Cause for sure they aren’t getting permission from every single company. Why can’t I just take my entire collection of movies and stuff and just put it on a site and charge a membership for instant download? Because its copyright infringement? Then what’s the legal way to do it!
Nagesh answers:
There isn’t. The sites that charge you just send you download links for WinMX, Ares, Limewire, etc, and tell you they give you “tech support”. They are not only helping with the illicit distribution of copyright material, they are charging for free software. So, unless you are planning on moving to Russia or Roumania, forget your idea of charging people for all the stuff you downloaded without paying the copyright fees.
