Just wondering because i’ve recently downloaded a game where the activation key doesn’t work, have e-mailed support but thought i might give this a shot too.

i get an activation code but it seems to be too long to what the request is looking for.

I am having transaction failures when I’m trying to purchase a game on direct 2 drive. Anyway I can fix this? I looked on troubleshooting but found nothing. I am trying to buy Everquest 2: The Shadow Odyssey
Transaction failed. Please contact Customer Service for further information.

That is exactly what it says when i try to purchase the game.

I also emailed the D2D support and they said

NO ORDER WAS PLACED – Your transaction was declined.

And also gave me some useless information. Nothing is wrong with the card i’m using i just used it a few months ago. I even tried using a different card. Is it maybe because it’s an MMO game?

Where to buy games for the PC?

I want to buy a specific game but PC games are kinda hard to find cause you go to one shop hoping it’s there and no it’s not then you search another no it’s not. I searched for it in walmart no it’s not there but there is a game that catches my eye but I really want that specific game. In the end Im thinking order it from the walmart site to my local walmart and buy it from there or I am thinking of buying it off of steam but the steam one cost more. So what should I do and is there a site like steam where they digitally distibute?
