Is it better to fry shrimp with the tails on or the tails off?
I have some fresh gaint shrimp that I am going to butterfly and fry. Most all shrimp that I have seen and have eaten have had the tails on. I guess for looks and to pick up by???? I guess???
Anyway could I fry mine without the tales or is it necessary to leave the tails on?
Nagesh answers:
It is not necessary to leave the tails on. It doesn’t add a bunch of flavor to the shrimp. For frying, they would just keep the tails on to make them easier to pick up and pop into your mouth, and because they look better that way. But if you want to fry your shrimp without their tails, there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to.

How to keep and make the fried chicken crispy ?
I ordered a fried chicken yesterday and
now it’s not crispy. How can I make it crispy as yesterday ?
I always can’t finish the chicken so I save it for the next day.
Do you know anyway to keep it crispy ?
Nagesh answers:
Just bake it dude be it on a oven toaster or a regular oven put it on a wax paper lined tray to absorb the excess oil but the chicken will become dry if its half eaten because the juices will leach out of the eaten area there are factors that make an item less crispy 1st is moisture then air oil temp if your making your own fried chicken the moisture can come from the oil or the item itself breading etc i usually put the fried item on paper towel lined tray so the oil don’t pool in the bottom you really should make your own fried chicken its simple just dip in flour then egg then brad crumb then deep fry season with salt and pepper after frying and bake if desired
happy cooking

What kind of live food can be feeded for fries of molly fish?
Yesterday at 4pm some fries of molly fish was born, so I have got a fish food named taiyo tubifex worms which are cubes of frozen worms, I have powdered it & had put it for fries but they are not eating it. So What kind of flakes (in powder) should I provide it? If u know any particular name for that flakes then please suggest me, and if possible also tell me what kind of live food can be provided for the fries???? Plz reply thanks for ur answers ….
Nagesh answers:
I would give them Hikari First Bites Fish Food that can be bought at Petsmart. It’s a powdered food meant for fries, the color of the bag is green. I usually gave mine them food 2-3 times a day and they ate it. Depending on how many the mother gave birth to is the amount you should feed them. I had 27 so I gave them a pinch or two. Keep giving them this food until they get about tetra sized. Then give them normal flakes but just a little broken down, enough for them to put in their mouth.
I dont know that live food is a good idea because it is most likely to big for them to eat and it can take time to make it into powder small enough for them, but if you really want to then I’m sure you can give it a try 😀 I hope this helps. Good luck on your new born fries!

How much can these tropical fish fry be sold for each?
1) Angelfish fry?
2) Dwarf gourami fry?
3) Cory cat fry?
4) Oto fry?
5) Blue ram fry?
6) Kribensis fry?
7) Apisto fry?
That’s what I meant Chad, I ain’t selling them til they get their fins, shape and colour.
Nagesh answers:
Depends on the quality of the parents and how the fry shape up once matured. Not for too much. It will also depend on species in terms of apistos and corys. Most pet stores don’t buy homebred and it would be more worthwhile selling through auctions through local fish clubs.
FYI Otos don’t readily breed in captivity, most spawns recorded have been completely accidental. All otos sold at petstores are wild caught, hence low survival rates. There are actually several species of otos seen on the market also, the most desirable are the zebras, they’re larger, wild caught and I think only seen seasonally and only in specialist aquatics stores.

What is the best way to stir fry vegetables?
I love to stir fry, but am I doing it right? I usually put a tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat it up and the cook the veggies with a little teriyaki sauce.
I am looking for other ways to stir fry and other sauces. Any favorites out there?
Good veggies to stir fry?
Nagesh answers:
I cook Thai foods all the times and I stir fry vegetable a lot. Thai foods are mixtures of Chinese and Indian although the Thais won’t accept it. To stir fry, first you prepare all the ingredients. Chop up your vegetables; add in one or two clove of fine chopped garlic, a little salt and pepper. If you have soybean sauce (the one with a little light brown in colour and with bean still in it) put them in, otherwise try to locate the Thai fish soy sauce, otherwise Chinese white soy sauce is OK. All you ingredients should be on one plate.
Then, heat up your pan, better yet use a Wok. Heat it up for a minute. If you have the high flame stove, turn it on highest. Then, pour in about 2-3 table spoon-full of vegetable oil. Roll the oil to coat all cooking area of the pan, until the pan started to give white smoke. Be very careful, as this is extremely hot. Carefully pour all your ingredients into the Wok. At this point things may splashed over, so be careful. The Wok should go up in flame depending on how long you keep the empty Wok on heat.
Stir fry you ingredients with frame of fire still in the Wok for 30 seconds at which point the frame should be gone. If you want the finishing being dry, just serve it, otherwise add half a cup of water or soup into the Wok, stir a little and serve. You should have a really nice fry vegetable with smell of BBQ on it. The catch is it’ high in cholesterol.
