Can you update games downloaded from gamefly?
I recently signed up for gamefly mainly for the unlimited PC play, the problem is apparently gamefly doesn’t keep their games up to date. I’ve tried to download updates for both Assassin’s Creed: Directors Cut and F.E.A.R. (which I actually purchased from Direct2Drive but is now owned by Gamefly)
I’ve tried asking around the Gamefly forums which is basically a ripoff of yahoo answers but no one seems to want to reply to my questions any help at all will be appreciated.

I was also a D2D customer, and still have missing DLC’s from my Bordaerlands game, i suggest you ask the gamefly support.

How can I email my PC game to someone with a Xbox?
I have F.E.A.R installed on my PC. I downloaded it from direct2drive, and installed it. Is it possible to zipfile it and send it to my nephew’s Xbox? Tell me how, I’ll send it to you too!

1. You can’t play PC games on an xbox.
2. You can’t send email to an xbox (although you can send xbox live messages).

What sites allow you to purchase PC games and download them directly to your hard drive?
I’ve tried Direct2Drive but they don’t have the game I’d like. (Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle earth 2). I’ve tried gamestop.com and every store that would have it around here but none of them do.

Is there a way to back up digitally distributed game files?
I’m thinking about purchasing a digital download version of an upcoming PC game. However, I want to be able to back up the installation file in case something goes wrong with the website and I needed to download or re-install it. I use Direct2Drive. Has anyone backed up their installation files or backed up their games on a disc?

What you download is a file – back it up the same way you’d back up any other file. DVD, CD, flash drive, internet drive, external drive … It’s just a file.

Does anyone know where I can download the Sims 2 or 3 digitally?
I want to buy and download the Sims 2 or 3 game digitally. I tired the direct2drive site but it says “unable to validate” or “unable to save credit card” when I know that funding is not the case. Does anyone know where else I can download it. I want to download for the MAC, not PC.
Unfortunately, the EADM does not support Mac downloads.

It’s for the Sims 3 and it’s only $25 . There are reviews and people said nothing was wrong with it. Plus it’s the deluxe version so not only does it come with the original Sims 3 base game it comes with the The Sims 3 Ambitions expansion pack!

Oops sorry this only works for PC i thought if you selected Mac under platform there would be a download for it but there isn’t, you end up having to buy it and get it shipped not downloaded. Sorry!
