David asks…
What is the significance of the directions of magnetic field lines?
Why are the directions in which the magnetic field lines important?
And also, why are magnetic field lines so important to engineers?
(If possible can your answer be put in paragraph form? If not then that is perfectly fine!)
Nagesh answers:
The direction of the magnetic field lets us determine the direction of the force it will exert on a moving charge. Engineers need to know this to design things where magnetism is important like motors and generators and cyclotrons.

How are the directions on the fish different from those on a human?
In terms of anatomical positions and directions, how are the directions different? Why?
Please and thank you!
Nagesh answers:
In humans anterior and ventral both refer to the same direction, that of the face or belly. In a fish, anterior refers to the end towards the head, whereas ventral refers to the belly side. Same is the case with posterior/dorsal. These differences are due to the upright gait of humans and the resulting differences in the relative standard anatomical positions of the organisms.

What are the stage directions for Theatre in the Round stages?
Are the stage directions the same as “normal” stage directions? For example, what is upstage and downstage on a Theatre in the Round setup??
Nagesh answers:
Hello I am a member of IATSE Local #2 in Chicago, we are the union that represents stagehands and technical staff for theatre, opera, concerts, and corporate performance.
The industry standard for performances in the round is based upon the compass. (N,S,E,W) This is over laid on a set of circles that start at the center, referred to as 0 and working there way out. In chicago we use the measure of 6 ft. To divided the numbered rings. For example a point that is around 8 feet to the north would be N1.
For the bonus the last tour that I took through England they use street names for directions talking about screwing with my chi. I hope this helps
Michael asks…
why are turkey roasting directions on the bird always to short?
seems like if the directions say 3# = 1 hour…or whatever..just seems like you have to cook the bird a lot longer so it’s not pink inside…am i imagining this?
Nagesh answers:
It is not that complicated to roast a turkey. The key is a slow oven, why the directions usually will say 325 degrees. Allow about 20 minutes per pound of turkey. Meat thermometer should read around 180 degrees, or if you can easily move the leg/thigh area and its no longer pink. After you pull it from the oven let it set for about 15-20 minutes so it carves easy. If you stuff the bird, make sure the the internal temperature of the stuffing in the bird reaches at least 165 degrees when you put the meat thermometer inside the stuffing.
