Is it legal to download an mp3 for a project then delete?
I use iTunes and am not known for acquiring music through illicit means, but in order to use a song for movie maker it needs to be an mp3. Is it legal to download an mp3, put it in the project and delete it without being fined $10,000 or anything?

Well, keep in mind, nothing is illegal if you dont get caught! But technically speaking, yeah, it’s still illegal.

Is It Legal To Burn Downloaded Movies Onto A Dvd?

It’s illegal to download the movie if you download a pirated movie obviously but as long as you’re not burning the movie to DVD to sell to others then I think you’re fine.
