Is downloading movies for a fee legal?
Ok, so I am interested in downloading some new release movies on the internet and I stumbled along this site: www.cinemashelter.com.
This might be a dumb question, but is this legal? There is a fee but I just want to double check… My second question, has anyone else used this site before and is it virus-free and reliable?
Thanks!
Thanks for the answers! That’s kind of what I thought anyway, but I figure I had to ask 🙂
Nagesh answers:
I would have to say, no, it isn’t legal. I’ve found that a majority of the websites on the net centering around movie downloads violate the copyright terms in one form another. As great as it would be to find a website where downloading movies was either cheap or completely free and still legal, the truth is, nothing in this world is free. Most of the website out there that charge for movie downloads are attempting to profit from file sharing. Just because you’re asked to pay doesn’t mean it’s legal.

Where can I download free movies?
is there a site were i can download free movies? i would like it to be legal (if possible)
Nagesh answers:
This is a pretty good site. 🙂 It’s legit. I promise. The reason some movies may pause every few seconds is because they need time to load. The website I listed for you has a lot of different choices to watch the movies on. Some of them load a lot faster than others letting you watch the entire movie without any interruptions. .

Is it legal to watch movies online?
There are so many sites which let you watch movies and tv shows online and i want to know if it is legal to watch? Is it just illegal to download or illegal to watch?
Nagesh answers:
I highly doubt that Sky and Virgin will advertise an illegal service.
But there are more illegal sites on the net than legal ones, so most places will be illegal.
It also depends on what the movies are, if they home-made ones which doesnt have a copy right on them, then its legal, but the site which your watching them on might be illegal.
