What does a real Direct2Drive Confirmation E-Mail Look Like?
I recently bought an item off of Direct2Drive, and was bombarded with e-mails – some of them clearly fake – confirming my purchase.
Anyway, I can figure that problem out on my own. But this is my first time buying anything on Direct2Drive, and I have to know which confirmation e-mail is the real one so I can hold onto it.
So, could someone post up the Direct2Drive format-for-confirmation-e-mail for me? Thanks in advance.

What’s game on Direct2Drive is the best game to download?
I like games like God of War, Zelda, Ninja Gaiden, Fable, these kind of games, with that exact type of gameplay. What games on that Direct2Drive are the most similar to these to download, Is Assasin’s Creed that good, I’ve never played it but should I download this one?

If I buy one of the expansion packs on Direct2Drive or from EA, will it work with my DVD version of Sims 3?
I have a DVD copy of the Sims 3. I’d rather buy a digital version of the expansions since I won’t have to hunt around for it in a store that way. Is the Direct2Drive or EA Digital Download versions of the expansion packs work with the DVD version?

Yep, they’ll work just fine.
Rather than looking in stores, have you checked Amazon? They generally have killer prices on games, less than retail. Just a suggestion if you’re an online shopper 🙂

I downloaded a game on my computer from direct2drive i activate it and it says i need to insert a disk to play?
When i activate this game with the code i was given a screen pops up that says:
No disc inserted.
Please insert the original “Batman: Arkham Asylum CD/DVD
I did not purchase a disk since it was downloaded from the internet. Help me out please.

Or just to activate them the first time? Do you have to be online every time you want to play?

No, you do not have to be for most. If the game requires Steam to run, then you will have to be.
