Is www.iwatchfilm.com a legal movie download service?
Im wanting to find out if this service is a legitimate legal movie download service. There is nothing stated on the website and ive been unable to find any verifiable information online.
Note I tried to contact the company via feedback on the website and I got no response
I should perhaps clarify that by legal I also mean has licencing from movie studios such www.cinemanow.com. Paying for something doesnt mean its legal

I came across your question when looking for the exact same thing. I want to find a place that I can legitimately purchase movies online and am not interested in illegal purchases. On the iwatchfilm.com site I found the following in the Terms of Service under “Copyrights”:
6.1 All materials presented on this site are available for the distribution over the Internet in accordance with the license of the Russian Organization for multimedia and Digital Systems (ROMS) and intended for personal use only. Further distribution, resale or broadcasting is strictly prohibited.
6.2 The Site remunerates the fees for every downloaded File in accordance with the license agreement.
I assume this means that it is legal for purchases made out of Russia, and that it will also be legal in some other places but it’s up to the user to find out about their own national legal requirements.
Unfortunately I don’t know where to go for that …

I have Vongo, it’s not a ripoff, it’s like renting movies for a limited time. The movies have certain expiration dates that you can keep in. So you are really not downloading anything, just renting for a certain amount of time. You get a free 14-days Trial, the monthly fee is $9.99. I say it’s a good deal because, those expiration dates for most movies are like a year.

Depends what exactly you are looking for. Hulu.com has alot of great shows. Youtube has some free movies in their movie section, Justintv.com streams alot of movies live from peoples personal streams. And there are a couple sites where you can stream a movie of your choice but the quality is usualy very poor, someone with a handy cam video taping in the theater. To find those just google for instance “watch Crank2 free” or “stream watchmen online”. Be careful if it asks you to download some kind of software to be able to watch, I usualy just avoid those, the quality is so bad usualy I just rather pay to rent it or wait till it gets on tv,
But if you have not already, check out Hulu.com
By the way, I dont know of any program that will work to let you download the streaming video from Hulu.com its too bad, they have some great stuff there, you have to watch everything streaming.
