Lisa asks…
How do I download movies and old tv shows?
I’ve finally gotten rid of my ancient laptop and got a new one, and I’d like to download movies and old tv shows to watch, but I have no idea how…my roommate uses something called Utorrent, I think, but my brother, who’s a computer guy, says this leaves your computer open to viruses….
What should I use to download movies? What’s the safest way to do it?
I don’t have Norton or anything like that, but I do have WIndows Defender and a couple free versions of programs, like AVG Free and McHaffee’s Stinger.
Thanks for any help!

The best place i’ve been able to find is;
www.filmz.tv
You need Divx before you can watch the movies. All the movies are uploaded be user around the world, EVERYDAY. But once the host finds them the movies are removed immediately.
You can get Divx from;
www.divx.com
Download the free bundled software.
Also the Filmz website has a download link. The best way i’ve found to download anything with is with Free Download Manager. I can download 1gig in about 20 minutes. This is pretty fast for New Zealand Standards.
You can get this from;
www.download.com
Happy hunting!!!
