RAL denial from liberty tax service?
I applied for ther 24-48 hour RAL.I was denied I dont know why, I do not owe IRS Child Support or any student loans. I received the visa debit card from liberty tax service. When my federal refund be direct deposited to that card or will it be a check?
I have never been denied a RAL. I did owe IRS last year and paid it then.
Nagesh answers:
Go for direct deposit. You will get your refund in two weeks without paying outrageous fees.

I would like to find out about Direct Finance Uk?
I recently applied to them for a loan and they called me back to say the I do not need any paperwork to get the loan, I have been approved but I need to pay £50 administration fee. I’ve done this in the past with other companies and lost the fee. Are you they a reputable company and are they’re loans legit?
Nagesh answers:
If they ask for a fee its a scam – 99.9% of the time. Basically they sound like yet another dodgy loan broker, they get your fee for an ‘approved’ loan, and then just pass your application on to other lenders (which you can do on your own for free), and if you are refused, well that’s not their problem as they already have your money.
A genuine lender will add the charges to your loan or cover them as part of their interest rate, so you should never have to pay a fee upfront. Avoid any company asking you for a fee as they do not actually lend money themselves and therefore cannot guarantee any loan (it’s all clever wording to stay legal and yet still scam you).
I’m assuming you have already tried main banks unsuccessfully, so spend more time looking for genuine lenders (i.e. Not brokers) and talk to them directly – and again, if they ask for an upfront fee, tell them NO – you should never have to pay upfront – if you need a loan that means you have no money so they shouldn’t even ask!
Oh and genuine lenders NEVER have email addresses with yahoo, gmail, hotmail… Or any other free email service provider, so that’s a very easy way to spot unsophisticated ones.
Good luck finding a genuine lender (sadly there’s not many that can help if you have bad credit, but there’s lots of them trying to scam you)

Has anyone financed a home mortgage loan through eloan?
Were you happy and who was the lender? Do they manage their own mortgage paper?
Nagesh answers:
E loan is neither a mortgage bank or an investor so, no, they do not service their loans but sell that servicing to others for a profit, just like many wholesale lenders.
A successful borrower/lender transaction is determined just like anything else, the proficiency of the lender and the quality of the communication between the two parties.
As a direct mortgage lender I am, of course, somewhat suspect of reaching into a barrel when I don’t know if I’m going to come up with an apple or a snake, but it is a matter of personal choice.
I have heard of successful on line mortgage transactions and horror stories. The more informed the borrower is about the process and their options the more pro-active they can be. The more pro-active they can be the more likely they are to avoid disappointment.
Good luck.

Student Loan Forgiveness Programs? Community Service?
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if there were any public service programs out there that helped reduce student loans in exchange for community service, etc. I just graduated, so I do not yet qualify for the one through Direct Loans, as they require 120 payments before they assist.
Thanks!
Nagesh answers:
So basically, you are asking, if you volunteer work, will they reduce your student loans?
Answer, NO.
Side note, with loan forgiveness, you first make the 120 payments, then they forgive the loan. However, most loans carry a 10 year term. Which means, you would of payed it off anyway.

Where can i get a direct-to-consumer private loan?
Nagesh answers:
First of all, be careful with this question. Looking at most of your answers, the loan scammers are out. Do not provide any personal inforation until you can verify the business name, address and phone number . Tip offs of scams are email addresses that use free email services and asking for upfront money before you receive your loan proceeds. There are some direct ones out there (names escaping me) but a internet search should help you find some resources. Good luck.
