Is Ipad any good for a 14 year old?

Hey everyone. I am getting an Ipad for my birthday and i’m wondering if it’s any good. I’m 14 and enjoy most forms of entertainment. What can you do? What apps do you get and how much is it to download songs and movies etc.

Hey thanks for all the feedback guys but will it be worth it with Ipad 3 around the corner?

a little help to a boy who wants to download?

okay this never happened before and i have no idea where to start about the details but ill try to give as much information i can. this happened after i switched hard disks, i have no problems when i used my old hard disk with xp as it’s OS, then for some reason my old hard disk malfunctioned and i am forced to buy a new one. i brought my pc to a technician to do the formatting and he suggested that i upgrade my OS to windows 7, all is working fine with my new hard disk but when i tried downloading stuff like movies and songs, the speed is way slower. sorry if my sentence structure is not that good im really having a difficulty explaining this because im really out of ideas on what to say, any help will be appreciated thanks in advance 🙂

Macbook air or Macbook Pro?

Hi,

I now have a 2008/2009 Macbook Air running on 2GB RAM 1067 MHz DDR3 and a 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor.

I was thinking of buying a new macbook as its been running slow lately and my mum needs a new computer which she uses for emails etc… so i can give her mine

I’m a thirteen year old student and use my laptop everyday in school and at home. I travel everyday by train so as the air is lighter I thought it woul be best.

I also download songs/movies/games/apps from the internet and iTunes store and App store

Anyway, I wanted to know which would be better for me and if there is a big difference compared to my one?

Thanks,

Teo

You know I’ve been very impressed with Best Buy’s stock of Dell, HP, Compaq, and other laptops. I’ve not seen anything there that is just garbage, every laptop they keep in stock looks to be a fine machine I think. Last time I was there, every machine had windows 7 64-bit with 4GB of RAM, and some kind of dual or quad core processor – none of that wal-mart junk.

Dell laptops are a bit more expensive, but you really get what you pay for

Their alienware line is an overpriced toy, but their XPS and Inspiron machines are just tops.

Where can i download the Sweeny Todd soundtrack?

Ok. I downlooaded about 8 songs from sweeny todd from limewire, but only one of them is sung by johnny depp and the chick from the movie. All the other songs are sang by old, theater singers or something. The one Johnny Depp himself sings sounds great!! Does anyone know of any sites where i can download sweeny todd songs from the actual movie, not remade, but authentic?

Or..

I have the movie at home.. So if anyone knows how i can extract audio from the movie and and turn it into a song in ipod fromat, that would be nice too 🙂

How to sync movies &apps to ipod touch without a computer?

All my music apps & movies were on my old computer & that is messed up now. So I tried syncing my music & what not to my ipod from another comp & it just redownloaded the songs I already have on there.

I want to put my purchased apps, & movies on my ipod but I have no access to them threw a compture, so how do you do it from the actual Ipod? I know how to sync the music that was easier to figure out. But it does not give me the option to download apps & movies just music & tv shows.

So the question is how do you sync your previously purchess apps & movies to your ipod touch straight from the ipod without having to use a compture (obviously since i said straight from the ipod! 😀 )

Well hope someone can help me ASAP!!!

thanks!

Nagesh answers:

You need a computer to sync them to it but you could download them from the stores thats the only other way sorry hope this helped
