You will need to contact them.

Try their support center

http://support.direct2drive.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=3091

Their FAQ section came up with a couple of reasons why the file would be corrupted.

DIrect2drive how do I activate my game?

I just bought star wars KOTR from direct2drive and I installed the game. Once I clicked on the icon it said I need to activate it.

I tried automatic activation but for whatever reason this doesn’t work even though I’m connected to the internet. . .obviously.

I looked all over the dd setup which had

DirectX

program files

EULA_NA

setup

I didn’t see an activation code in any of those.

Please give step by step instructions or I likely won’t get it because I have little idea of what I’m doing.

Your answer is on the Support Center for Direct2Drive. Http://support.direct2drive.com

If you don’t mind my asking, is there a reason you came here and did not go to the support site for Direct2Drive for help?

Look in the Activation Help FAQs or click the “Conctact Us” button on http://support.direct2drive.com
