Programming Guide on Direct TV?

We have a direct tv box, and we get channel 292, Toon Disney. I think that Toon Diney has changed its late night lineup. But the Guide and mini guide keep showing the old lineup. Like at first it was 2 episodes of Digimon season 1, then it went to Digimon season 2, then W.I.T.C.H. but my program guide still says Digimon and Digimon. I have reset everything, unplugged it, but stil nuthin. What can i do to get it right again?

Where are the channels for direct tv on demand?

I just hooked up my direct tv receiver to my router to access the on demand and I can successfully download a small amount of programming but none of the on demand channels are showing up on my guide. Why is that? I called direct tv and couldn’t get through to a human so I gave up. Thanks!

Nagesh answers:

There are no “on demand” channels and they do not show up on the guide. They show up under Menu.

Select Menu
On Demand

Daniel asks…

Direct TV Channel question.?

When I open up the Guide the and look at some HD Channels they have “LB HD” listed along with regular “HD” What does the LB stand for, thanks for the help

Nagesh answers:

Letter Box (LB). Meaning you will see black bars on top and bottom of the screen, because they want to preserve the original screen ratio of the movie, which is wider than the TV.
