Is satellite direct TV magazine the only Guide for DirecTV channels?
They’ve changed their magazine format and I find it harder to read.

Then you can select channels I get or you can use one of the custom ones.

Why is Direct TV displaying the Very old Tech TV symbol on the guide?
On the Channel guide for DirecTV, it lists the actual Tech TV logo instead of the new G4 one. That channel is over a year gone?

I need help with Direct tv Channels?
I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a way to view only the channels that you get on the tv guide menu. I have going to menu – fav’s setup – favorite channels – channels I get or custom but I don’t know for some reason it is not working.
If anyone can help me I would really appricate it thank you for your time.

Direct TV questions!?
My family is thinking of switching from Dish to Direct TV.9
-Does Direct TV have a DVR?
-With the channel guide on Direct TV, can you just press a button on the remote that will bring the guide up without switching the channel you were watching? Or does pressing the guide button bring you to a totally new channel?
-Any comments on Direct TV?

Yes it has a regular DVR and HD-DVR
Pressing the Guide button does not change the channel. It only brings up the guide.
I’ve had DirecTV for 5 years and very happy with it. I have had no issues and have never called for any repairs or adjustments in 5 years.
